Originally, towards the end of the nineteenth century, the Narducci Farm-house was a post office, now completely restored from its crossvaulting to whitewashing. The old stables have been transformed into accomodation with private bathrooms, air conditioning and heating for your own comfort. The Farm-house is open all year and it offers 9 bedrooms and a total of 29 beds.
The cooking, done directly by the Narducci family using the fine foods produced on the farmland, offers the real traditional cuisine of the rural Apulia region. Inside the farm it is possible to purchase traditional products such as tomate sauce, olive oil and much more.
Narducci offers the tourists a wide range of interesting excursions. In fact, within a short distance it is possible to reach the famous karst caves of Castellana, the archaeological excavations of Egnatia, the unique "Trulli" of Alberobello, the "White Town" of Ostuni, the baroque style of Martina Franca, the "Specchie Messapiche" of Ceglie Messapica, the Safari Zoo of Fasano, the famous ceramics of Grottaglie, Cisternino situated at the heart of the "Valle d'Itria" and last but not least, beautiful beaches. Field from single GOLF to 10 KM. The farm is set in 15 hectares of land in an area of 1500 square meters reserved to the tourist's activities. The olive trees provide the most important crop; the trees are centuries old and provide about 1000 quintals of olives and at least 200 quintals of good extravergine oil. The major productions include vegetables, cereals and pluses (fava beans, chick-pea, peas), which represent the base of the rural culinary tradition and, in fact, in the past were referred to as "the poor man's meat". Narducci raises their own rabbits, ducks, turkeys and chickens. Besides of the land's products the company also offers a warm welcome to all of the clients and tourists.
